The main objective of our Live Ops Game Designer is to define and later implement game data for all the content that is periodically released on our Live Games. Part of the responsibilities also includes creating all the needed documentation to describe the new game features for the engineering team to develop. The Game Designer works together with the Engineering and Product teams to iterate over feature implementations making sure the final result is fun and meets all expectations.

What we'd like from you:
  • Have ownership of the design of the game, and have detailed knowledge of all its parts
  • Define and implement game data for new and recurring game elements
  • Drive new game feature development: Design and Implementation
  • Create detailed documentation for all aspects of the game
  • Validate the implementation of new features
  • Engage with the client (internal or external) to make sure the operation of the game is aligned with their vision of the product
What we think you need to achieve this:
  • Experience working with game data
  • Experience using spreadsheet tools
  • Experience in mobile F2P game development
  • Proactively seek feedback from all relevant parties
  • Knowledge at using models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior
  • Fluent in English: written & spoken professional level
  • Experience in Unity Editor to prototype and test game mechanics
  • Advanced knowledge in spreadsheet tools (macros, automated processes)
  • Some programming skills in C#, Python or other programming language
