The main objective of our Game Designer is to create and validate engaging and fun game mechanics. The Game Designer is in charge of creating all the needed documentation to describe the game features for the engineering team to develop. The Game Designer works together with the engineering team to iterate over feature implementations making sure the final result is fun and meets all expectations.

What we'd like from you:
  • Have ownership of the design of the game, and have detailed knowledge of all its parts
  • Drive game feature development: Design and Implementation
  • Create detailed documentation for all aspects of the game
  • Validate the implementation of features
  • Engage with the client (internal or external) to make sure the development is aligned with their vision of the product
What we think you need to achieve this:
  • Experience in prototyping and testing game mechanics using any game engine
  • Advanced knowledge of game design theory
  • Experience in mobile F2P game development
  • Proactivity seeking feedback from all relevant parties
  • Knowledge at using models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior
  • Fluent in English: written and spoken professional level
  • Strong experience in Unity Editor to prototype and test game mechanics
  • Programming skills in C# language
  • Experience in Live Operations
  • Some knowledge on UX
