We are searching for a Human Resources Assistant, to support the different duties of the HR department, with motivation to learn about the different HR processes and flexibility to manage different requirements simultaneously.

What we'd like from you:
  • Perform administrative tasks, like processing medical leaves and other tasks, in the office and also going directly to the corresponding institutions
  • Post job openings, search for new applicants, schedule and coordinate interviews, and other duties related with recruitment and selection processes
  • Register and update relevant information for the salary payment processes and organizational development projects
  • Update the employees spreadsheets and folders
  • Keep the company's social networks updated and help to coordinate and organize celebrations and events
What we think you need to achieve this:
  • Technical degree in Human Resources or other related careers (can be studying, in the last year)
  • Knowledge in labor regulations, remuneration process and contract preparation among others
  • Nice to have: at least a year of work experience
  • Need to have: management of Excel in a intermediate level, ability to plan, organize and work as a team
  • This job position doesn´t require to know english
